Amorphous / nanocrystalline alloy filaments as have many excellent characteristics, power electronics, filters and transformers, magnetic recording read head, industrial automatic control, measuring instruments, automobile, home appliances, office automation and monitoring, and so has a very wide range of applications. In particular, soft magnetic amorphous / nanocrystalline alloy filaments of giant magneto-impedance effect, because of its characteristics with high sensitivity, fast response, ease of device miniaturization, etc., is considered the most promising functional materials. We developed production equipment, master of the diameter of 5 ~ 200μm variety of soft magnetic amorphous / nanocrystalline alloy wire wrapped glass preparation technology. "Glass lead wire wrapped metal filament method and drawing device" patent has been authorized.
